Yes, we take traditional Medicare and Medicare Replacement plans.

Unfortunately we do not take Medicaid as a primary insurance, however, we do take patients with Medicaid as secondary insurance. 

If you are a member of an HMO you must obtain a referral from your primary care physician before showing up to your appointment.

The majority of treatments offered are generally covered by insurance but approval varies from plan to plan and certain conditions must be met. Some of the treatments are not covered by insurance and your physician will inform you if that is the case.
